About Us
Welcome to CBS! Here you will find a team dedicated to creating a safe space where kids flourish with connection and meaningful learning opportunities. Our center-based model is reimagined with an emphasis on learning through play and teaching through naturally occurring experiences. With us, you will find a place where family communication and culture are valued. We believe the best way to begin an intensive ABA intervention combines a space that feels like an extension of home, in a community where kids can build relationships with their peers and people who respect neurodiversity.
Collaborative Behavior Solutions provides center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism in the Indianapolis area. If it sounds like our priorities are in line with yours – give us a call or send us a note. We would love to hear from you!
In-Center Tiered Delivery Model
CBS utilizes a tiered delivery model to provide children with autism comprehensive supports on our campus. Each child is provided with a combination of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and a team of leveled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency of care.
The CBS Service Model
CBS believes that the best way to begin an intensive ABA intervention is with the full support of the family – this is why we prioritize time to talk with families as we develop programming to ensure there is a throughline between in-center services and family culture. A series of phases fosters a collaborative onboarding so the team can individualize services from the start.

The location of CBS helps to support our clients’ development with access to an environment poised to provide therapeutic desensitization and skill building programs through use of the following on-site resources:
